    ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers for March 28th reveal Maxie Jones (Kirsten Storms) could end up regretting her decision to help bring back the Nurses Ball. Meanwhile, the plot against Victor Cassadine (Charles Shaughnessy) continues, but will it succeed? Plus, is Port Charles in store for tragic news? Here’s what you need to know.

    ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For March 28: Instant regret?

    First, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal it’s no secret Lucy Coe (Lynn Herring) is not happy to be in the sidelines when it comes to the Nurses Ball. And it seems she’ll be set off by something her eyes and ears has planned.

    We’re not sure what exactly will upset her, but we’re pretty sure Maxie will hear about it!If the promo, she tells someone, “You have to trust me to do what’s right.” Sounds like Lucy voicing objections to us!

    It’s not like she hasn’t thrown a long list of demands at Maxie. And given both women are strong-willed with their own visions, it was inevitable they’d have some disagreements over the planning.

    Let’s just hope Lucy stays put this time and doesn’t nearly get herself exposed. Their plan against Victor is already getting complicated enough without another escape from the safe house.

    ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For March 28: Bad news ahead?

    In other news, Elizabeth Webber (Rebecca Herbst) has had a lot going on lately. While she managed to keep her job a GH, she still has some residual guilt over not really facing any consequences.

    And we do believe her state of mind is making her read too much into certain things. In the promo, she says, “I’m worried I may have lost a friend.”

    Now, given the conversation she and Laura Collins (Genie Francis) just had, she could be referring to Nikolas Cassadine (Adam Huss). Although given how he acted before allegedly taking off, we wonder if that would bother her so much.

    We believe this is more related to Epiphany Johnson (Sonya Eddy). A tribute episode for Eddy is coming, and Elizabeth and others have mentioned her quite a bit lately.

    So, we wonder if Epiphany’s failure to send that letter or respond to Elizabeth’s call is getting to Elizabeth. We can’t imagine how the loss of this character will affect Elizabeth right now.

    ‘General Hospital’ Spoilers For March 28: Plan ruined?

    Finally, ‘General Hospital’ spoilers reveal they had a good thing going. Victor seemed to buy into the fake necklace, and even when he realized the code couldn’t be right, he seemed more angry at his brothers than anything.

    And we think this is going to have him improvising, taking Eileen Ashby (Heather Mazur) along for the ride.  In the promo, he says, “You will leave when I say you can go.”
