Yup, you read that right. According to her IG she has been attending bartender school since last July and just posted saying that she has graduated. She’s come a long way from her super conservative, no alcohol in the house ever days with Kim and Barry. (Of course if you look at Mom Kim Plath’s most recent exploits so has she. Ahem.)

Moriah looks like she is having the time of her life in the video that she posted to IG, and a lot of people on social media are saying that it’s a really great career for her. Of course, there are some people who worry for her and say that they’re afraid there’s someone out there who is going to take advantage of her naivete, but Moriah says that she has been attending bartender events and so far nothing untoward has happened to her.

The good thing is, unlike big brother Ethan Plath who, when he and wife Olivia Plath would go out together he seemed like a fish out of water and like he was literally being dragged along, Moriah has jumped into this life decision with both feet and seems to be embracing the bartending life. There is also the fact that as the bartender, she controls the alcohol, so if she feels the need to cut someone off she can.

So far if that has happened she hasn’t elaborated yet, but if she intends on doing this as a career no doubt that it will sometime in the future. If anything we know that big brother Micah is probably in her corner, in fact it wouldn’t surprise me if he were the one that encouraged her to do this in the first place.

We also wouldn’t be surprised if Mom Kimbecer decides to show up at one of the places that she’s tending bar and wonder just how messy that will be when or if it happens. Kim Plath seems to have dropped off the radar since her DUI back in the summer but we’re sure she’ll be back with a vengeance during airtime, that is, if she isn’t doing court ordered things in order to keep custody of the younger Plath children.

We know that Barry Plath would definitely not approve of Moriah’s most recent life choices and we probably won’t see him at any place she tends bar… but then again, we could be in for a surprise come season 5. Stay tuned!!!
