British Royal News says that while there have been plenty of world wars over the years, no one has seen a PR war like this. Apparently, Prince William thinks that he’s already won the battle against Prince Harry and Meghan Markle.

Actually, make that the PR battle. Even though their trip to Boston was marred with some embarrassing moments, the Prince of Wales and Princess of Wales both believe that it was a huge success, despite the fact that Harry and Meghan dropped a huge bomb on them in the form of a Netflix teaser trailer. Keep reading below.

According to the Daily Telegraph, Prince William is refusing to engage in any pettiness with Harry and Meghan. While the Sussexes continue to “paint themselves as victims,” William and Kate are keeping busy with more important matters like climate change and saving the world.

One source put it this way, “While Prince Harry and Meghan continued to paint themselves as victims, heads in hands, tearing their hair out at the unfairness of it all, the Prince and Princess were simply getting on with the job. In their native US, the documentary project, the forthcoming memoir, the magazine interviews, simply perpetuate the notion that the Sussexes are celebrities rather than statespersons.”

Many critics seem to agree and disagree as they took to social media to comment on the matter with, “I think this is the moment where the Monarchy discovers that they are not relevant anymore, and the world outside their island considers them no more than a glorified Kardashian,” along with, “Will and Kate do have their supporters among the right and some libs/dems. I wouldn’t say they’ve completely won though because the Sussexes do have strong American support.”

Another critic wrote, “Their Boston tour was going down the drain before Netflix dropped that trailer. If anything they should be grateful because it kept everyone from how awful it was going and even garnered them a bit of sympathy.”
