Fans noticed that Trent Johnston posted a bit of a spoiler of his own when he shared that he was cleaning his yard and then he mentioned that he was getting ready to film another season. At first, he typed season 14, but then realized, after fans called him out, that he meant season 13.
The family has been in Finland so that they could visit their exchange student, Joose. We got a chance to see more of him on the last season of the show and he hit it off with everyone in the family. They wanted to take the time to see what his life is like, so they made this family trip to see him.
Emma Johnston posted pictures of the family on the plane and she tagged a man that was sitting next to her and his name is Troy VanderHeyden. When fans looked up his profile on social media, it looks as if he worked for the film crew at TLC, so it is clear that the family is being recorded on their trip to Finland. This has brought up a lot of hope for a brand-new season.
