One of the most shocking duos is Cristina Bertolli and her mother, Kathy. Fans have noticed that Cristina acts more like the mother than Kathy does and she always stands up for her mother no matter what.

When the trolls came out on social media though, Cristina really gave them an ear full when they started in on her mother. They may be too close for comfort, but there is one thing that they do, and that is stand up for one another.
There have been many trolls on social media that have stared in on Cristina and Kathy. They have been giving Kathy a hard time with her hair. Cristina gets very upset when they start in on her mother and she took to Instagram to share what she was feeling.
Cristina wrote, “I have said this plenty of times in replying to comments. You all can say whatever you want. We both love the feedback whether you’re making fun or loving us…But the reason my mom wears her hair the way she does is she has a serious hair loss problem and the hairstyle covers it up. She has tried to wear it straight but it doesn’t work unfortunately, her next option is a wig and she doesn’t want to do that. Just putting it out there so some people who don’t understand why she hasn’t changed her hair. It’s very hard for her to do (and yes she has seen doctors for it).”
Cristina and her mom have a very controversial relationship and they have had a world of personal struggles. Cristina and her husband have gotten back on their feet and run a very successful pizza business that is expanding. This makes Kathy nervous because she doesn’t want Cristina to spend less time with her. This has made fans cringe at how Kathy is holding her daughter back from success.
