One of the most popular dating shows on Netflix right now is Love is Blind. The show is hosted by Vanessa Lachey and Nick Lachey. The premise of the show is to bring singles into a house and have them meet with other singles that they may be a good fit for. It is an experiment that puts these singles in a pod, where they can’t see or touch the other person. They can only hear their voice.
They engage in chatting as often as they would like and they take notes on who they feel would be the best fit for them. When things start to heat up, the couples will get engaged and that is when they finally meet each other. This experiment tries to prove that love really is blind and this season, the couples will all be from Dallas, Texas.
Love Is Blind: The New Season
There will be four episodes released on October 19. Viewers will be able to catch the next four episodes on October 26, followed by the final episodes on November 9. There will be a finale and reunion on November 9 as well. In the first season of the show, there were two couples to really hit it off and get married.
Love Is Blind: Season Three is Coming Soon
They are both still married today. For season two, every single couple that got engaged and married has split up. Interestingly enough, the third season was filmed just shortly after the second wrapped last year.
Chris Coelen, one of the producers, told viewers, “You think that people are going to have an expectation coming into a show that’s formed based on what they’ve seen on a previous season. But this show just confounds all expectations at every turn. No matter how you come into it, it elicits these real, authentic feelings from people- no matter what happens.”
He mentioned that he doesn’t measure the success of the show based on if the couples stay together or not. He just wants everyone on the show to have fun with the experiment and learn more about themselves and each other.
For those who have watched Love is Blind from day one, they are very excited about the new season. This show has quite a following and the cast members in the two previous seasons have gained a lot of fame as well. They all have incredibly high followings on social media.
