She pointed out that she has a lot of experience with lawyers on the show. These lawyers have helped her to better understand how immigration works and just how to get them on the show.

She has done a lot of social media diving and does a lot of cold calling in order to get all of the right information about immigration so that the 90 Day Fiancé franchise stays afloat. A lot of legalities go into the show and she is the one who has to take care of it all.
Bagwell also opened it bout how she is able to choose the new cast members. She said, “We want to find a foreigner who has never been to America before. It’s a red flag if they’ve been to America, because we want to focus on those first times. Then we also look for how much physical time the couple has spent together since they’ve met. I think the smaller amount of time is better because it means all those first are going to be amplified throughout the 90 days.” She also mentioned that she wants to find cast members that are captivating.
She also pointed out that they look for a very diverse cast. “A transgender story is high on the list. We would love to find a deaf couple or a blind couple; we’d love to find a teenager or an extremely visual couple, like two very tall people, or an octogenarian dating an octogenarian. ” Then she added, “I feel like this show has the potential to go on for another 10-plus seasons.”
