Imagine needing to be in control of your relationship so much that you bought yourself a ring for your wedding day. That is what Emily Bieberly did from 90 Day Fiancé. In the trailer for the newest episode of the show, she will go dress shopping with her mother and friends and she ends up telling them all that she bought a ring for herself.
90 Day Fiancé: This Controling Behavior
Emily has been very controling of Kobe Blaise since he got to the states and now it looks like she is pulling another move where she has to be in control of everyhing. She tells her family that she bought herself an engagement ring with her own money. She said that this is the ring she loves and it is one karat diamond. She told them that she thinks Kobe may drop the ball when it comes to buying her a ring because he has very little money and this makes them wonder why anyone would do something like that.
90 Day Fiancé: Emily Bieberly Buys Her Own Ring As a Way to Take Control of the Relationship
In a confessional, Emily tells the cameras, “I have to wear a ring forever, so I want it to be something that I love. It’s not that I don’t have faith in Kobe, but I also don’t want to put that much pressure on him.” Her friends ask her what happens if he goes out and gets her one and she told them that this ring is just the backup and she will have to “suck it up” and wear the ring that he buys.
One of her friends told the cameras, “I just can’t believe she went out and bought a ring. I think it’s a total control thing. But I think that’s one thing she needs to relinquish full control of. But now here we are. If he goes out and buys a ring, I think it could be a little emasculating. Poor Kobe. There’s tons of pressure on him right now. So, I feel for the guy.”
This is definitely a first on the show and fans have already started to show how shocked they are that she would go out and buy her own ring. This is going to make him feel horrible and it seems that Emily is really good at doing that already.
