And then there were more claims. Now, Amber Heard is claiming that Johnny Depp sexually assaulted her with a bottle. She claims he continued to threaten that he would ‘f–cking kill me’ over and over while doing so and also that she was bleeding from her private area.
This was just one of the alleged violent outbursts by Johnny and Heard told the jury that he would chuck glass bottles at her during arguments. One of the outbursts allegedly happened when there was an argument about his drinking and she says he cornered her in their home and began throwing bottles at her with them shattering all around.

While on the stand, Heard appeared to be emotional and sobbing while saying that Johnny ripped her nightgown off of her blamed her for ruining his life. She also told the jury that he had her by the through when he suddenly shifted his anger to a nearby phone, punching the wall and screaming at her.
While she’s been on the stand, many have called out the questionable validity of her statements, especially from recordings where we can hear her, physically hear her, being the aggressor and coming down on Johnny herself.
There’s not doubt that they had a toxic relationship and there were surely moments where they had fought, but were those moments part of Johnny’s uncontrollable rage or was there more going on that we don’t know, like Amber instigating the arguments and the fights?
It’s been a wild ride and one that doesn’t appear to be stopping anytime soon. Whether or not Johnny will win is up in the air, though I will say the longer that Amber is on the stand putting on this routine, the better his chances look.
