CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers are set to kick it off with some advice and tough questions.
This character building episode should give us some interesting developments as we head into not some more stretches in the storylines and setting up some twists.
Assuming, of course, that some of them don’t kill each other before the fun starts.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: The sage
Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) has seen a lot of friends come and go over the years, and he’s never been shy about giving a piece of advice whether it was wanted or not.
With the truth about Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso)’s cause of death known, Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) and Chance Chancellor (Conner Floyd) will be looking for something to believe in or grasp for comfort.
We think he’ll offer them comfort by reminding them that Rey will always be with them and to hold his memory close.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Phillis points the way
Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) would be lost without Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford), and she’s going to demonstrate how important she is when she once again guides him in the right direction.
What she’s going to be guiding him to is another question, but ‘Young and the Restless’ think it’s going to involve something that’ll shed light on why Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) is there.
We’re curious what she discovered and what bigger truth it’ll lead to.
CBS ‘The Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Kyle demands answers
We were slightly off on expecting Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) to dig into Diane and demand answers, but it looks like he’s going to start the new week with a bang.
This will be especially hard on him as we expect Diane will do everything she can to beat around the bush by telling him how proud she it of him and so on.
Kyle will be patient at first, but after a while we expect he’ll grow impatient and force the issue.
Diane won’t like it, but if she really wants to have a chance to get her son back she’ll have to deal with it. On the plus side, upsetting her is one way Kyle can hurry the process along to find out why she’s really back.
