‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that it looks like Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) will be hanging around after all and this long story line about forcing him out of town has ended up meaning nothing. It’s only given us the death of Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) which no one is happy about.
We recently saw him reunite with Harrison while Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) is in town because Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) had to tell him about his mother being alive. While Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) still wants to get rid of Ashland anyway possible, it looks like he’s found some sort of redemption in Victoria Newman’s (Amelia Heinle) eyes.
‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Will Ashland Locke (Robert Newman) Find Redemption After His Attempts To Overthrow The Newmans?
No one is happy about this either. Ashland was on his way out, that was the deal. After everything he has done and lied about, are they really going to give him another chance and will he and Victoria continue to see each other behind everyone’s back?
I don’t even understand why Victoria is beginning to feel something for him because he pulled her out of a burning car. Sure, she can be thankful and admit that she’s glad he was there to pull her out, but she doesn’t need to forgive him for everything else he’s done and give him another chance!
I’m over Ashland, and ready for him to leave Genoa City. Letting him around Harrison is also questionable. I’m sure he would never do anything to hurt him, but hasn’t he lost the privilege to see him?
Does anyone really care about Ashland’s story anymore?
