Kanye West’s personal life just seems to be getting more chaotic with every given moment. There’s a new report that suggests the rapper could face charges for allegedly punching a fan in L.A. Here’s what you need to know.

Back in January, Kanye admitted to punching a man after revealing why he was so angry. After he was named in a battery report following an altercation on Thursday, Kanye West says the man he punched “wasn’t a fan” but was “taking autographs to make money on them.”

Law enforcement sources told TMZ at the time that police have almost completed their investigation of the incident, which includes paparazzi videos and witness statements. However, Kanye never spoke with police, blaming a busy schedule.

The Los Angeles Police Department had previously confirmed that they were investigating the rapper on a misdemeanor battery charge for allegedly punching a fan and knocking him to the ground outside the private club. So far Ye has not made any additional comments about the matter.

That’s not the only trouble that Kanye has been getting into lately. A new report that says Kanye West has dissed Kim Kardashian’s boyfriend Pete Davidson in yet another new song.

The “Gold Digger” performer is featured on Fivio Foreign’s new single, “City of Gods,” with Alicia Keys, but during his verse he says, “This afternoon / A hundred goons pullin’ up to ‘SNL’ / When I pull up / It’s dead on arrival.”

If that weren’t enough, Kanye also references his estranged wife, Kim Kardashian, rapping, “And if I let ’em have my wife / n—-s should thank me / With this Balenciaga and Balenci’ boots and a new blue Yankee.”

On his track “Eazy,” Kanye also took a swipe at Pete by rapping, “God saved me from that crash / just so I can beat Pete Davidson’s ass,”  referencing his near-fatal car accident in 2002 that resulted in his hit song “Thru the Wire.”
