Man, the internet is just full of surprising things today, isn’t it? Recently, in a tweet, Nikita Dragun said, “I really carried the Hype House show”, we’ll give credit where credit is due and say that most certainly, Nikita Dragun was probably the most recognizable person on there unless you’re heavily into the content produced by these houses and it would seem that most people who are older than 21 don’t spend that much time on tiktok in order to actually know who these influencers actually are.
But someone does and that’s who was borrowing their Mom and Dad’s netflix account in order to tune in and watch Nikita Dragun and the Hype House gang on Netflix. According to some reviewers, it wasn’t that difficult for Nikita Dragun to carry this show simply because there wasn’t all that much to carry.

Though to be entirely fair, what do we really expect from a reality show about tiktokkers? What sort of drama does a person get into when their entire job is dedicated to making content from their cell phone? It’s a job that anyone can do and doesn’t really require any sort of special talent – even though arguably some of these guys on this platform have gone on to branch out and are considered pretty talented.
Unlike say, youtube, which does require some sort of basic production knowledge and if you put actual work into it the actual product can be film quality – tiktok just doesn’t require that specific skillset.
Tiktok requires one to be able to operate a smartphone camera and perhaps some basic dance moves, or just a private space, like one’s bedroom or car. Also, tiktok content can be literally anything, and most of these famous tiktokkers don’t even speak unless its on one of their lives, a lot of them just dance or have already branched out into making music Tiktok is just icing on the cake for those guys.
So while, yes, Nikita Dragun is the most recgonizable name on the roster, just what were we actually expecting from this show? It begs the question. Stay tuned!!!
