No, Jeffree Star didn’t release another badly timed and insensitively named pallette (although that would not have been a surprise either), but he did do two things this weekend that shocked the masses. One, he shaved his head, just a buzz cut, don’t worry he didn’t totally channel his full Voldemort powers.two, he had a meet n’ greet.
Yes, you heard that right, Jeffree Star apparently time-warped to a little while before 2020 and held a meet n’ greet – oh wait, that’s right, that’s not the way science actually works. Nope, in actuality, Jeffree Star just decided to take a play out of a certain politician’s playbook and hold his very own super-spreader event!

On Saturday he posted to his IG story that he would ve in Irvine, California at a car show there and initially one thought that everyone would be safe because everyone thought that it would be one of those things where he just drove past and waved to everyone, sort of like a royal dignitary.
But no, Jeffree decided to make things extra special by getting out of his car and actually taking pictures with fans. Some fans even took their masks off in order to get better pictures with him!
Thing is, this weekend it was well-publicized that Irvine was in the COVID Red Zone and that full COVID restrictions were in place for all gatherings, but these people were not socially distanced and Jeffree and his team were not observed to be wearing masks at all.
But Jeffree was gracious enough to call out the name of the business on all his socials that made this little meet n’ greet possible (something that may or may not the best idea for that place in the future), and again act like there was nothing wrong with the fact that he just held a meet n’ greet in an area that was a red zone while in a pandemic.
You know Jeffree, he never addresses anything. Also, while he said in his last video that he was going to get vaccinated in the next few weeks, but there has been no posting about it on his socials whether or not the date was moved up or anything and let’s face it, when and if Jeffree gets vaccinated the whole world will know. He would not pass up that opportunity for youtube clout.
He wasn’t the only influencer out there this weekend, but what have we really come to expect from Nikita Dragun and Tana Mongeau? Nothing. We expected a little better from Jeffree because aside from taking his Grandma on vacay at the start of the pandemic – you know what, nevermind, we were expecting entirely too much out of Jeffree star, that last sentence just proves it.
Though one wishes that these influencers would start taking this pandemic seriously so the rest of us could get on with our lives. But we get it, it’s for the clout, right? Stay tuned!!!
