’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers indicate that Ella takes it a step further though and instead of just finding someone in the same circles who is as obsessed with the culture as she is, instead she found a man from China who seems to be just as obsessed with American Culture as she is with everything Asian – so we guess it evens out.
Ella is a farm girl from Idaho, she rides horses and is a walking contradiction. On one hand, she is a totally rough and tumble farm girl but on the other she is obsessed with fantasy and all things from the far east. The reason why she decided to stop dating stateside however was because she didn’t feel appreciated by men in the US.

They really didn’t seem to appreciate her fuller figure. Yes, that’s right, Ella is plus-sized and she is dating a very straight-sized Asian man named Johnny. She and Johnny met on a Facebook group that specifically caters to the Asian Men/American Women pairing, which is pretty interesting, seems there truly is an FB group for everyone these days.
Poor Ella, before Johnny she was with an Indian guy who refused to be intimate with her in public when she met him in real life. She doesn’t want Johnny to have the same negative opinion of her when he meets her, apparently, she thinks that Johnny may not have been able to properly gauge her size from the pictures she has sent and video calls she has been on, and therefore doesn’t truly trust the relationship until they meet in real life. Johnny has been trying to get a visitor’s visa because right now China is not allowing anyone in due to COVID restrictions.
They definitely have their work cut out for them, Johnny is trying to jump through whatever hoops the American embassy has set up, but next week, Ella gets the side-eye from her potential Mother-in-Law, apparently, she’s not too fond of the idea of Johnny being with Ella if she’s ‘too big’, but Johnny doesn’t seem to mind.. at least so far. We’ll see though. Stay tuned!!!
