Recently there was a post floating around social media from a girl who claimed in not so many words to be Brian Laundrie’s ex girlfriend. Her name is Gabriella Darling and her twitter post went a little something like this: “The hardest thing I’ve ever been through, feels like a part of my heart has been ripped out, and no matter what no one will be able to fill it.
The only thing to do now is to hold those memories very close to what is left of my heart, and make something positive out of this somehow. I get to keep every single thing we lived, every place we went to, every song we listened to, every conversation we had, the tears, and the laughs. I get to keep. Some people know you as a monster, I do not know that person.” Here is a picture of the entire message.
Brian Laundrie’s alleged ex-girlfriend speaks out
According to The Sun, the woman in question is Gabriella Darlin however, it looks like she might have deactivated her Instagram or made it hidden as it’s no longer accessible. Given as the information is a little hard to confirm 100%, we’ll stick to “alleged” girlfriend for the time being. Now, in regards to the claims made by this alleged ex, on a very human level, one can almost feel for her. One every other level though, we’re all standing here side-eyeing this girl asking “What on earth?!” whlie simultaneously scratching our heads. It comes as a little… contrite… after Brian Laundrie has been slammed in the press so much for potentially being a narcissist and how he has been accused of domestic violence against slain girlfriend Gabby Petito.
A lot of people have come forward and called Brian everything from “a real weirdo” to “controlling”, and even one of the Wyoming PD personnel that was on-scene when the 911 call was made said that she feared that it was a domestic violence situation and not simply a “mental health crisis” as it was later categorized.
But now this girl has come forward on social media and did an entire lament about her alleged ex boyfriend, whom commenters are saying is not actually her ex-boyfriend but we really don’t have confirmation either way right now. But one thing is clear, she didn’t come forward until this case was national headlines, until it was at its peak, which is kind of suspect.
And all of the things she said in the post are kind of… non-specific. She could have been referring to literally anyone when she made this post, not just Brian Laundrie, even though that’s what her entire vague post (which has been edited for brevity) is alluding to.
Sometimes people just come out of the woodwork in order to get their 15 minutes of fame and it doesn’t really matter how. If they see an opportunity they will latch onto a case any way they can. Anyone remember the name John Mark Karr, the man who claimed to be the killer of Jon Benet Ramsey, even though he was literally nowhere near the place when it happened?
We’re not actually decrying this girl’s story, but coming forward now just to wax poetic about Laundrie is a little… strange… to say the least. We’ll keep you updated. Stay tuned!!!
