ABC ‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers say that for Carly Corinthos (Laura Wright) and Jason Morgan (Steve Burton), there’s no denying that the flame and the chemistry is there between them. And while their marriage is supposedly one of “convenience” a lot of fans know that it will only be a matter of time before something is ignited and these two life-long “best friends” realize they are truly meant to be with one another.
In fact, General Hospital fans were left at the edge of their seats when the two almost kissed on screen! But then again, there are others who feel quite differently about it. Here’s what you need to know.
As many fans know, Jason and Carly are navigating their new reality as two co-heads of the Corinthos organization. Needless to say, they are doing this in order to fend off the Novaks. But what do viewers think of it?

Of course, many fans took to their social media accounts to comment on the situation with: “I WANT Jason and Carly. I don’t care if I’m the only one. When those two finally kiss,” along with, “I don’t feel anything when watching Jason and Carly. I am totally indifferent to this absurd storyline. The only thing I want is less screen time for LW. Yes – she always brings her best performance but I need a break from the insufferable shrew that is Carly.”
And then there was this comment: “The Jason/Carly almost kiss – ugh. Where others see a mutual reminiscence, I see Carly manipulating Jason by taking him on a trip down memory lane, getting him to dance with her, and almost kissing him. I even see her pulling away from the kiss as part of the manipulation. That’s how much I distrust Carly. I always expect the worst from her.”
