That’s what a lot of fans can’t help but wonder as it seems like the Duke of Sussex has hit an all-new low when it comes to his popularity both in the UK and the US. If that weren’t enough, he has been mocked for releasing a statement on the situation in Afghanistan and for also being an “eco-warrior hypocrite” when he took a private jet from Aspen to California.
And now critics say that he’s lost his “alpha male” status because it’s his wife Meghan Markle who wears the pants in their marriage. Yikes. Keep reading to find out more! Prince Harry Mocked For Losing ‘Alpha Male’ Status – Here’s Why
This came after he appeared in the background of Meghan Markle’s birthday video. Royal commentator Danny Kelly said that he was disappointed to see Prince Harry juggling three balls in the garden through a window in Meghan’s office, as he suggested that the royal is no longer an “alpha male.”
Kelly put it this way to GB News: “I don’t dislike him, I don’t like him but with Harry, I’m slightly disappointed because she (Meghan) definitely wears the trousers in the relationship. He’s not an alpha male, he used to be an alpha male, he no longer is… jumping out of helicopters with machine guns. Now he’s in the background waving through a window while Meghan does this two-minute video which was self-publicity by the way because the book she’s trying to sell was being used to prop up the camera. I don’t think that people are disliking of her for anything but I think they’ve gone totally woke.”
Of course, it didn’t take long at all for both royal fans and critics alike to weigh in on the matter.
Many of them said: “To be an alpha male you have to grow up first. Harry is acting like a spoilt child as he has all his life. He was protected everywhere he went, kept in luxury and thoroughly spoilt,” along with, “Harry never HAD alpha male status! He was always in the news for all the wrong reasons growing up; he flunked his education; and he only rose in the ranks of the army through his royal status rather than any real merit. He has ALWAYS been the royal buffoon, and marrying a wife who ‘wears the trousers’ was ALWAYS on the cards for dim joker Harry.”
Another critic wrote: “In some ways he should be pitied because he is no longer his own man and he is totally under her thumb. That ridiculous juggling episode shows just how low he has fallen and he has gone from a much loved Royal Prince to a pathetic Court Jester in three years of marriage to that awful woman.”
