There’s a new report that suggests Prince William and Prince Harry are now “miles apart” in what they want for their futures, meaning that a reconciliation might not be in the cards for them. Here’s what you need to know.
Royal commentator Kinsey Schofield recently said that she thinks it will be a long time before Prince William and Prince Harry will be able to be in the same room together, let alone speak to each other. She says that while the Duke of Cambridge is more focused on maintaining the royal family’s legacy, the Duke of Sussex is now dedicated to building his family’s future in California.
Prince William and Prince Harry’s Priorities Now ‘Miles Apart’
According to The Mirror, she said, “I am still not convinced that there is a looming reconciliation. I don’t suspect that it is a priority for Prince William to patch things up with Prince Harry as they are at severely different stages in their lives. It appears that Prince William is busy trying to support his family through death and scandal while Prince Harry is concentrating on projects that are financially beneficial.”
In a separate interview, Kinsey also told The List that she hopes Prince Harry doesn’t use his upcoming memoir to complain about his relations with the rest of the royal family.
She put it this way, “At the end of the day, it cannot be a big whine-fest. He has to prove his value and establish himself as a leader. The ultimate goal is to brand him as someone that could share a stage with Greta Thunberg or Bill Gates.”
Prince Harry’s as of yet to be titled memoir is expected to hit bookshelves in October of 2022.
