’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers reveal that Asuelu Puulaa forgot that marriage is a two way street and that before you make any huge decisions you need to consult your spouse. He decided that he wants seven children and informed the car salesman of this before he informed wife Kalani Fagaataa Pulaa of this decision.
Kalani, who has two very young (under the age of 3) children, she’s literally just now weaning the two of them and now Asuelu decides that they need to buy a minivan and just fill it up.
’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: Asuelu learned literally nothing from that retreat, it seems.
But let’s not forget, Kalani shares her part in this two. One has to wonder just why on earth she wouldn’t have this conversation with Asuelu long before now. They’ve already had two children, so you would think that the conversation would have come up at some point, but it seems it hasn’t.
He’s again falling back on old Samoan culture and saying that people in Samoa have huge families – well, maybe that’s the norm in Samoa but it’s quite different in the United States. Also, Kalani has a point, kids are expensive.
Asuelu doesn’t seem to be thinking about the fact that he literally got into an accident a month ago and while he wasn’t hurt, any kind of accident could go south pretty quickly (which is why they were buying the car in the first place) and that would leave Kalani with more kids than she could possibly handle if she let Asuelu have his way.
Kalani says that they both come from big families but they were also both very poor growing up and she didn’t want that for her kids.
Also, this is ultimately Kalani’s choice because it’s her body. She may not want to dedicate her life to having as many kids as possible, after all, they’re not The Duggars and it doesn’t look like TLC is in the market for another quiverfull show for awhile.
They already have the Derrico’s and the Plaths, I don’t think they’re going to pay these two to pop out more kids than they can handle. Let’s hope Asuelu sees reason. Stay tuned!!!
