It looks like Prince William isn’t the only person who is having such a hard time trying to figure out Meghan Markle, let alone like her. There’s a new report that says Prince Harry’s old pals aren’t fans of the former Hollywood actress, either.
In fact, many understand why the Duke of Cambridge can’t stand her, even though his brother Prince Harry is head-over-heels in love with her. Here’s what you need to know.
According to the Daily Mail, Harry’s friends can understand why William doesn’t have a good word to say about Meghan Markle, given their experiences with her.

Royal author Robert Lacey writes, “The oh-so-unforgiving and unforgetting brothers are surrounded by a network of devoted friends and a few family members who are working seriously to ease the path to a truce. And their efforts are matched by deliberate and constructive initiatives being think-tanked inside the Palace. There is a peace plan in action — several plans, in fact.”
If that weren’t enough, some of Harry’s old pals have said that Meghan can be a “500 percent nightmare” and that she is simply just “too American.”
Yet, Lacey also notes that Prince Harry has been calling his pals back in the UK more often in the last several weeks, with some of them even calling him ‘Homesick Harry.’
Lacey adds, “I’m told that Harry has been telling friends he would like to reconcile, and is willing to admit some of the missteps he has made. Then he recalls one particular insult or other, as he perceives it, that his brother or family made against Meghan, and he flares up again.”
