‘Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers for Thursday, August 21 find Victor Newman (Eric Braeden) warning Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) about Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) and her real intentions. Also, Adam Newman (Mark Grossman) still wants to marry Sharon Newman (Sharon Case) while Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) meets with Phyllis after his encounter with Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson). ‘Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Victoria Newman and Billy Abbott
Victoria Newman (Amelia Heinle) sees that Billy is still thinking so much about Delia that he is forgetting about his other kids. Billy admits that he hasn’t slept much in weeks. Over at Chancellor Park, Sharon still can’t believe that Adam asked her to be his wife. Sharon tells him that it’s not going to happen but Adam is still persistent in trying to change her mind.

Sharon can’t help but wonder if this has something to do with Chelsea Newman (Melissa Claire Egan). Adam says that he wishes he was there for her all of those times that she needed someone. He also says that they should move forward together as a couple. Sharon reminds him of their history. Adam, however, tells Sharon she needs to be more honest with herself because he knows there’s still something between them.
‘Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: Over at Society
Over at Society, the Abbotts are discussing their latest merger. Summer Newman (Hunter King) gets a text from Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) that says he’s busy. Billy is there but says he has his doubts about trusting Ashley. Billy also says that he doesn’t have any trust in Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) and walks away.
‘Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: At the rooftop bar
Summer is with her mom Phyllis at the rooftop bar. She tells her the Jabot meeting fell apart. She tells her about the drama between Theo and Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor). Phyllis warns her to be careful. Afterwards, Phyllis is surprised to hear that Billy wants to meet with her. She asks him flat out what is it that he wants. He says he wants to talk about Adam. Phyllis admits that they had a falling out but hints that he might not be the devil that everyone is making him out to be. Billy says that Adam has never been held accountable for his actions. He tells Phyllis that she needs to be careful with who she aligns herself with.
Jack is with Celeste Rosales (Eva LaRue). They talk about her ex. Jack recalls all of the times that he made mistakes with Phyllis. Celeste says that she hopes her sons will make up. Celeste also says that she needs to go back to Miami soon, much to Jack’s dismay.

At Society, Victor warns Abby to be careful about Phyllis. He overheard her talk to Adam about her Grand Phoenix plans. Abby doesn’t seem to be bothered by Victor says that she’s toxic and that she can’t trust Phyllis.

Over at Adam’s penthouse, Sharon arrives. Adam welcomes her inside his place.
