From TLC’s Counting On, Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo have opened up more on their lives and their family. Jeremy has been pretty snippy with his fans on social media, but he also wants to share with his fans that he appreciates what they do for him and his wife. With the release of their book and podcast, the Vuolo’s are talking more to their fans and now Jeremy wants to share some crazy news with his fans.
‘Counting On’: Jeremy’s Hobbies
Jeremy loves to play golf and also used to be a professional soccer player. He enjoys hiking and has told his fans that he has risked his life a lot for his hobbies and thinks that his fans should hear all about it.
There have been a lot of new pictures of him on Instagram and it looks like he is showing of his golfing skills these days. He is also showing off his new Nike shoes. Many fans of the Duggars think that he could be advertising for Nike now to make extra money, but others just think that he loves the brand.
There are other fans that have asked him why he can’t find a better pair of shoes for hiking because Nikes aren’t exactly known for that. Generally people associate Nikes with running or golfing, hiking involves a little more traction, but it is clear that Jeremy’s go to brand is Nike.
Jeremy did post on Instagram about an experience he just had. He made the post on June 8, “Went on a hike and risked my life across these rapids. Okay, so maybe it was only six inches deep. But I got through it with a great support team who were hoping I’d fall. Thanks, fellas.” The picture was of him in a pretty nice outfit and walking across a creek on a tree branch.
Fans were quick to point out that he was not making the best decision to cross like this. One fan wrote, “Went on a hike in those shoes? Rookie mistake!”
Another said, “For the record, it doesn’t matter how deep it is, it’s how fast the current is flowing. Even shallow water can be deadly and sweep you off your feet if the current is too fast.” He may not have been risking his life, but it wasn’t safe to be in the shoes that he was in.
