‘Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers for Friday, August 16 finds Kyle Abbott (Michael Mealor) and Lola Rosales (Sasha Calle) celebrating the most important day of their lives, but not without a little drama. Billy Abbott (Jason Thompson) has yet another nightmare while Traci Abbott (Beth Maitland) and Ashley Abbott (Eileen Davidson) share their marriage advice. ‘Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: At Crimson Lights
It begins at Crimson Lights where Kyle is getting a phone call from Theo Vanderay (Tyler Johnson). He refuses to pick it up. Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford) is thinking about ideas to distract from Kyle’s wedding but Summer Newman (Hunter King) tells her mother that she’s going. Summer says that while it may hurt to go to the wedding, she’s doing it. Phyllis says she will go with her.

‘Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: At Victoria Newman’s house
At Victoria Newman’s (Amelia Heinle) house, Nick Newman (Joshua Morrow) gets a call about his visitation. Billy is nearby and zoning out. He’s thinking about Delia’s doll. Victoria asks him if he’s okay and he says yes.
‘Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: At the Abbott mansion
Back at the Abbott mansion, Traci and Ashley can’t believe that Kyle’s wedding day is finally here. They talk about their family and how happy they are there to be together. Kyle says that divorce just happens to be in their DNA and that no one has ever had a happy marriage. He adds that Lola deserves real happiness and perhaps someone better than him. Ash says that he’s the right man for her. Both sister give him their marriage advice and tell him that he will always have their support.
In the next room, Abby Newman (Melissa Ordway) tells Lola that she has a few things to give her. She gives Lola something old, something new, something blue and something borrowed. Everyone shares a group hug. Rey Rosales (Jordi Vilasuso) arrives. He promises not to make his sister cry. He and Lola share a close moment together.
‘Young and the Restless’ Spoilers: At the wedding venue
Everyone starts to gather at the wedding venue. Devon Hamilton (Bryton James) talks about the décor and says Kyle did a great job. Abby joins Kyle, who is pulled away by Jack. In the bride’s room, Lola is surprised when she sees her mother Celeste Rosales (Eva LaRue). Celeste says that in their family, they make mistakes but they also forgive. Lola asks her mother to walk her down the aisle.
Phyllis and Summer are at the wedding and they sit in the back. The Wedding March begins. Lola walks down the aisle with both her brother and her mother by her side. Celeste spots her estranged husband Adrian. They begin to argue. Celeste tells Adrian not to ruin Lola’s big day. Lola and Kyle exchange vows. They are pronounced husband and wife. Everyone claps as Kyle kisses his new wife.
