‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers for Tuesday, August 13 indicate that if it’s not one thing, it’s another! At least in Xander Cook’s case. One of his rivals for the affections of Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey) has left town, that would be Rex Brady. (Kyle Lowder) However he still has the main rival to contend with, Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan)! Xander is pining away for her, wishing that she would see that she’s just wasting her time with Eric because as we all know, his soulmate is and always will be Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker).

Sure, Xander has made plenty of mistakes but the one girl he’s always wanted has been Sarah. Meanwhile, the two lovebirds, Sarah and Eric are off making love and making plans together, basking in their happiness. Enjoy it while it lasts, kiddies, because happiness comes and goes like the tide in Salem, and as quickly as its come it may just as quickly go for you two. Woops.

Kristen DiMera (Stacey Haiduk) will go about her day in her ‘Nicole’ mask, when she runs into our beloved ‘Doc’, Marlena Evans (Deidre Hall). Since her conversation with Chloe Lane (Nadia Bjorlin) yesterday, Marlena is just out to help, but obviously ‘Nicole’ won’t be in the mood for such a thing. Marlena will tell her that its time she stopped pushing people she loves away, but ‘Nicole’ will tell her to butt-out and mind her own business. It looks like this will culminate in a shooting fantasy for Kristen (Geeze girl, rage much? What’s your damage, Heather? Oh wait, that’s right… you’re a DiMera.) where she blows Marlena away. Apparently, even after all these years, the fires of hatred burn bright. Yike!

Meanwhile, it’s a good thing that Anna DiMera (LeAnn Hunley) doesn’t seem to have a gun on her right now, or Tony DiMera (Thaao Penghlis) might find himself in need of that ‘back from the dead’ serum that Dr. Wilhelm Rolf (William Utay) invented. She will be furious with him! She’ll slap him once for not coming and finding her and letting her grieve for this long for no reason. Then she’ll slap him again for marrying ‘Nicole’, and honestly? No one is blaming her. That was a real stupid move, Tony. He had those two slaps coming. Will he convince Anna to let him out of the doghouse or are they over for good? Stay tuned!!!
