HBO Max’s ‘The Crime Of The Century’ is a new two-part documentary coming to the streaming platform that will expose the billions of dollars gained and thousands of lives lost due to the opioid crisis. The documentary from Alex Gibney will highlight how big pharma has made a killing from killing people.

Take a look at the official trailer below that was uploaded with the following description,

“Big Pharma sold America a lie and made a killing. The Crime of the Century, an HBO original documentary from Alex Gibney, exposes the billions of dollars gained and thousands of lives lost due to the opioid crisis. The two-part HBO original documentary premieres May 10 on HBO Max. #HBO #HBODocs #CrimeoftheCenturyDoc Subscribe to HBO on YouTube”

Viewers commented on the post saying, “I was there in the medical field wondering why the pharmaceutical companies were bringing high end lunch’s with vacations & other monetary incentives!”, “HBO documentaries are always top notch. Have to to watch this one”, “I wanna watch this one”, “I feel like I already watched this on Netflix. Maybe I watch too many documentaries/docu-series… “, “Sad that the companies are not held accountable” and “Covid lie makes oxycontin lie look like peanuts.”

It’s terrifying to see the things that have taken place without consequence and the amount that is probably still going on now. It’ll be interesting to watch this documentary and see the untold truth about big pharma, and probably what we already knew all along.

HBO Max’s ‘The Crime Of The Century’ releases next month on May 10th.
