‘The Young and the Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers find that Theo Vanderway (Tyler Johnson) is certainly not going down without a fight as he is about to contest what he believes is rightfully his. After receiving just a fountain pen from Dina Abbott’s (Marla Adams) will, he is now considering taking legal action. Here’s what you need to know.
Speaking to Soap Opera Digest in a new interview, actor Tyler Johnson, who plays Theo on the hit CBS soap, says that his character is going to fight until the very end. While he is definitely feeling hurt and devastated right now, he’s not about to back down.
‘The Young and The Restless’ Spoilers: Theo Is Not Going Down Without A Fight
Tyler tells the publication, “Theo is at a crossroads. We have yet to see what he’s truly capable of – both good and bad. However, at the moment, the voice of chaos within has risen to a deafening dim.
This isn’t for lack of trying. Theo wants kinship and family above all else. But he is quick to abandon this pursuit in favor of discord. Chaos is his second him – and Theo wants nothing if not to feel at home.”
The Young and the Restless spoilers say that Theo will try to recruit newcomer Sally Spectra (Courtney Hope) to do this dirty work. But will it work? Not unless she can infiltrate the Abbott family, which right now she is hesitant to do.
Tyler adds, “I believe Theo really felt Jack Abbott [Peter Bergman] would help usher in a smooth transition into the family, but instead, Theo’s been left feeling like an outside. That’s a dangerous place for a man who will do just about anything to feel in control again.”
