‘Days of Our Lives’ (DOOL) spoilers indicate a surprising twist. After other articles had announced his contract status before, Daytime Confidential says he’s on the way out. Rex Brady returned to Salem shortly before New Year’s to celebrate his engagement to Sarah Horton (Linsey Godfrey). Unfortunately for Rex, he’s a dog, and it soon is revealed that he’d bedded two other women, one being Sarah’s own sister!

Obviously, she dumped him, and Rex left to lick his wounds for a bit before returning to win her back. It worked, too, as the pair recently were wed in a quickie ceremony in the hospital chapel. There were problems from Day One, the most important being that Sarah’s actually really in love with Eric Brady (Greg Vaughan).
There have been several times when she almost confessed, but circumstances forced her to keep her mouth shut and go through with the wedding. Not to mention that Rex has been showing some real jealousy after Xander Cook (Paul Telfer), who also wants Sarah, gave her a necklace. The pair actually argued a bit about it at their wedding celebration dinner. As you can see, there is certainly a reason for this union to go bust.

Days of Our Lives spoilers: Relationship drama
As the reports coming out have called the departure “story driven”, it will most certainly end up with Sarah choosing to be true to herself and be with Eric. Again, she’s been thisclose to confessing a number of times, and she’s definitely showing some impatience with Rex’s jealousy.
With Kristen DiMera (Stacy Haiduk) impersonating Eric’s true love Nicole Walker (Arianne Zucker), Eric’s had some hard times to deal with. Not-Nicole has been raging against him as she sets her sights on Brady Black (Eric Martsolf). Given how careless she’s been a few times, it’s inevitable that she’ll be de-masked, and poor Eric will be devastated once more to learn Nicole really is dead.
Could we see him leaning on Sarah? This would certainly add temptation for her to confess and send Rex elsewhere to lick his wounds. We shouldn’t have to wait long to find out how it all goes down, as his final air date is said to be in early August.
