’90 Day Fiancé’ spoilers find that when Ashley Martson and Jay Smith got back together when the quarantine began, a lot of their fans just knew they were heading for disaster again. Those fans were right.
As much as Jay and Ashley made video and posts about how much they have changed and grown, they didn’t make through. Ashley and Jay called it quits a couple of months ago and Ashley is ready to focus more on her kids and “is trying to heal from the messy divorce” a source told fans.
’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: The Third Times the Charm
This will be the third time that Ashley has filed for divorce from Jay. Ashley has two children from a previous relationship, a son and a daughter, and she is really trying to do what’s best for them at this point.
She told her fans, “Yes, I did refile for divorce. It was done months ago. Should be finalized in January if Jay signs it. We have a 90-day waiting period until it can be final. Had a hard time getting him served, so that’s why it states that it was reinstated in November. I just want a divorce and him out of my life forever. Biggest mistake of my life that I’ll regret forever.”

Ashley was quick to post on her social media accounts that she and Jay had called it quits again. Back in September, she wrote,”I thought I was stronger and more forgiving but I’m not. Sometimes when trust is broken, it just cannot be repaired. I wish Jay the best and we are both on the same page with his. No one cheated or did anything. I just simply couldn’t get over the past.” Ashley does want to move on with her life, but is at a strange place in it right now. “I don’t know where I’m going, what’s next for me or who I will evolve into. My only hope is that I become a better version of myself through this embarrassing and painful experience.”
It did seem as if these two were well on their way to building their empire together, but just how things go in the world of 90 Day Fiance, this just didn’t work for Jay and Ashley. Perhaps it was all of the cheating he did that she just can’t get over. Only she knows for sure.
