CBS ‘Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that Courtney Hope (Sally Spectra) had an obsession when she was younger, and it was to be as tiny as possible. However, this wasn’t the healthiest or best choice, and while she’s struggled, she’s happy to now be fit and active.
She made a lengthy Instagram post detailing the obstacles she had and how she overcame them.
“When I was younger I would try to shrink myself. I tried the I be as tiny as I could be, physically. Which never fit my personality or my heart. I was always thin because I was so active, but after a while it became an obsession. I’m thankful I discovered being strong was more fun and fitting to who I am deep inside. Being fit, lean, and most importantly active is still a top priority, but I’ve loved seeing my body grow as I’ve challenged it to pushing more weight ??♀️ , removing limits and exploring new forms of fitness.

I’m thankful for the people around me who help me grow daily, including my trainer @alecpenix ?? and my boyfriend @duelly who’ve helped me push my limits and aided in removing any unwanted and untrue stigmas. I’m so blessed to be in love with and continuing to study fitness and how the body works, and I can’t wait to keep exploring and growing throughout my life. ??
