’90 Day Fiancé’ spoilers find that we have just been introduced to Brandon and his girlfriend, Julia. Brandon lives in Virginia and in order to save money for their marriage and trips to see one another, he decided that he and his Russian girlfriend, Julia, will be living with his parents.
The 27-year old was a little upset when his dad told him that Brandon and Julia would be sleeping in separate rooms while living in their home. Brandon has yet to tell Julia this and hopes that when she arrives, it’s not the surprise that angers her.

Imagine if you and your Russian girlfriend really just wanted some alone time together and you had to break it to her that you were living with your parents and in separate rooms. This is where Brandon is right now.
Brandon is the only child in his household and is very close to his parents. He wasn’t exactly sure that he and Julia would be in different rooms, but he doesn’t like the idea and he doesn’t think she will either. His parents may be close to him, but his mother takes the cake.
’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers: Brandon and Julia – Mom Wants Control
Brandon told cameras, “My mom can be a little controlling, always trying to tell me what to do.” When his mom inquires about birth control, Brandon tells her that Julia isn’t on it and doesn’t believe in putting these chemicals into her body. When his mom asks him what he is doing for birth control, he tells her that he “doesn’t want to take on that responsibility either. I guess we’re not being safe.”
His parents were very shocked to hear this especially since he is still very young and still living on their farm.
His mother tells cameras, “I’m not caving about them staying in the same room– at least not at this point. Because it’s just an accident waiting to happen. I just have to keep encouraging them to, you know, do things responsibly. And hopefully, maybe, they’ll embrace it. If not, at least I can say I tried.”
Brandon’s mother continues to harp on the birth control issue. She eventually calls a doctor and asked if they can fit Julia in for a consultation.
Brandon is in the car when she calls and this just doesn’t seem quite right. Why is his mom trying to control Julia even though her beliefs are not like hers? Isn’t this overstepping boundaries just a little bit?
