One of the first times that Tim’s sexuality was questioned was with his ex. He refused to be intimate with her and this made things very weird.
Not only this but on the last 90 Day Fiancé: The Other Way Tell-All, Tim mentioned that he calls Kenny Neidermeier “daddy”. Fans think that this is very odd and they have been spreading rumors about his sexuality for quite some time.
Tim has always insisted that they are just good friends and that he would never want to be intimate with Kenny. Tim has grown very tired of all of these rumors and now he feels as if he does need to address them.

Tim told his fans that when the questions about his sexuality came up, he would just blow it off. “So, that started my first season like midway through the season of 90 Day Fiancé season three. So, it’s like, I thought by this point that, you know, those jokes and those comments online would have died down. And I understand. For example, people will comment to me, ‘You’re not doing anything to help it, you know’, but I’m not going to change who I am because of comments, so like, it doesn’t offend me. But sometimes I feel like people are just very ignorant by using only stereotypes to judge a sexuality. And there are people online who will, no matter what proof you present, they will not believe that I am not lying about my sexuality… They feel like they just know, right… they know that I am gay, and I’m hiding it for some reason, and that’s very irritating to me that strangers try to accuse me of being a liar.”
After all of the rumors, Tim is still standing strong and tells his fans that he isn’t lying about who he is attracted to. He is very open about his sexuality and comfortable in his skin. He admits that there would never be a reason for him to lie to viewers and fans.
The new season of 90 Day: The Single Life premieres on January 1 at 8 p.m. EST on TLC and streaming on multiple platforms.
