After the 90 Day Fiancé Tell-All episodes, we discovered that Yvette Arellano had discovered text messages from another woman on her husband, Mohamed Abdelhamed’s phone. The couple was very open about it on the show. Mohamed first said that this woman was a friend he met online, but as the messages were shown, it looks as if they were plotting to get his green card and then get him out of the marriage.
Mohamed even recorded a big fight that he and Yve had and he called the police and filed a claim that she had been physically violent toward him. Now it looks as if Yve has started to open up more and now she is claiming tht Mohamed has committed Immigration Fraud.

Yve has hired an immigration lawyer that is helping her to file charges against Mohamed. She is alleging that he has commitetd immigration fraud and that the fiught that was recording was all part of the set up that Mohamed planned with this other woman.
The charges claim that Mohamed has been plotting this so he could stay in the country under these completely false pretenses. The proof is in the texts that he has with this other woman and they have been posted all over social media. Now she wants Mohamed removed from the United States.
Mohamed is standing by his statement that he did not plot this and he did not committ immigration fraud. He told his fans that he left Yve before his green card interview. He felt like his life and safety were being threatened by her and that he is ready to go home. He continues to allege that Yve has abused him physically and that he never felt safe at her home.
As of right now, there is no statement about them filing for divorce and they have both ben pretty quiet on social media, but we will continue to keep an eye on this case and with what Yve’s next move is.
