’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers indicate that Natalie Mordotseva went to pick out wedding dresses, instead of having any friends around or possibly going with fiance Mike Youngquist, she drives to the bridal boutique by herself to pick out her dress before Coronavirus threatens to shut down all the businesses.
This was right before quarantine. Luckily, the people at the dress shop arranged for her to have her Mom be there with them in the dress shop through an online video call so that she could actually see the dresses that Natalie chose, I thought that was sweet.

Natalie chose two dresses that she didn’t really like, including one mermaid one that she couldn’t really walk in that she said made her feel like she was going to prom. Woops! Then she found the dress, the one that actually made her feel like a bride. You could tell just by the way she was tossing the skirt around that it must have felt (and fit) amazing.
The bodice needed some minor alterations to get just the right fit, but that’s to be expected. When she showed her Mom, her Mom said it was beautiful – and that’s the kind of reaction you want from your Mom.
I found it extra sad though, that Natalie felt that she couldn’t really be honest with her Mother about the way things were really going with Mike. She felt she couldn’t tell her that things were still up in the air, that she didn’t really have her ring back yet, and that she and Mike were still trying to work things out.
In that instance, you want to talk to your Mom about those things. Unless Natalie was afraid of her Mom saying ‘I told you so’, in which case I could see not being entirely honest, bu in this case I think it was just Natalie not wanting her Mom to worry.
Instead, Natalie decided to play it safe and blame it on COVID. She didn’t know when the wedding date would be because of Coronavirus. Again, that’s valid because at one point everything was shut down, but at the same time, Natalie should have been able to at least put the dress on hold at the shop. But she couldn’t, because she didn’t know whether or not the wedding would even happen or not, and it was too expensive to risk it.
I can also just hear how hard Mike would be hitting the roof if she spent the money on a dress, because whenever Natalie wants something, that’s what Mike does. Hopefully that’ll end soon, if not, I feel sorry for Natalie, having to put up with a lifetime of that. Stay tuned!!!
