’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers reveal it is with great regret that we inform the DSD audience that Kenny Neidermeyer’s dog Truffles, the little long-haired chihuahua who moved with him to Mexico on 90 day fiancé The Other Way, has unfortunately, gone over the rainbow bridge.
She was 18 years old, and had been to 25 states, 3 different countries, and a lot of major cities and towns in between. She was with Kenny almost every day for her entire 18 years, needless to say that he is devastated.

He says that he strived to give her a life filled with happiness and adventure, she spent her golden years traveling with him and it sounds like it was a fun journey for her. He said of his move in 2019 to Mexico, that her new Papi, Armando Rubio, loved her instantly, and he wasn’t the only one – little 9 year old Hannah fell in love with her instantly as well.
It was a match made in heaven, not only for her two Dads, but for Truffles as well. She has been on a lot of iterations of the 90 day show, including 2 seasons of The Other Way, several episodes of Pillow Talk, not to mention being a bit of a social media star as well.
We know that Truffles’ life was the best that Kenny could have possibly made it, and we’re only so happy that they could be together for so long. We’ll miss her sweet little face, and her little pink tongue, our hearts go out to Kenny and family at this time because losing a family membe is always hard.
It looks like the Neidermeyer-Rubio household has already taken to adopting other furry members though, they have a kitten as well as a new puppy named Mika, but we will never forget little Truffles and thinking just how plucky she was for moving all the way from warm, sunny Florida to the deserts of Mexico with her Dad so that he could be with the love of his life. We know that somewhere, she’s putting in a good word for Kenny and the rest of the fam upstairs. RIP Truffles. Stay tuned!!!
