90 Day Fiancé Spoilers: Kara’s Baby Photos
Kara loves to share photos of her son and she recently shared one of him in his new Christmas outfit. She covered his face up with a Santa sticker and her fans wanted to know why she did it. One Redditor made a thread about her using the sticker to cover her baby’s face and they thought that it was pretty silly to do that. They didn’t quite understand the point of her doing this.
90 Day Fiancé Spoilers: Kara Bass Gets Backlash For Her CONFUSING Stance on Pictures of Her Baby on Social Media
Soon there were more Redditors making comments about why she did this. One wrote, “I have seen comments before from people from the Dominican Republic that do this because it is cultural. They mentioned that it is a cultural thing to cover a newborn’s face.” Another wrote, “It’s believed that the ‘evil witch’ will only put a curse if the baby’s eyes are seen on social media. But the baby’s eyes are being seen by so many in person is fine? I’m curious about this.”
The comments kept coming in too. One more added, “This is so common with parents these days. Granted, it keeps their face offline, and some parents think that this keeps their child safe from malicious use/child porn/maintains privacy. However, it’s really a way to still get attention for the child but feel better about yourself for protecting their privacy. The only true way to protect your child is to never post a single photo of them, ever.”
When it comes down to it, it seems that all of the Redditors feel that she is just trying to protect her child, while still getting the love of her fans.
