On 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After, Bilal Hazziez and Shaeeda Sween have been working on their marriage and Shaeeda is still trying to convince Bilal that they need to start trying to have a baby and soon. In the newest trailer for the next episode, they will visit a fertility doctor to try and get an idea of when would be the best time for them to have a baby.
Shaeeda is 37 years old and she wants to have children before she turns 40. She knows that time is ticking, but Bilal already has children and he knows just what will happen to their life when they do.

When Shaaeda went in to see her doctor, they mentioned that she needs to start trying first and Shaeeda admitted that they hadn’t been trying yet and that was one of the main issues. She added, “He doesn’t want to try right now.”

Bilal then says, “There’s a lot that’s happening. You just came to a whole new country, we just got married. There’s a lot of firsts, a lot of new stuff. A lot of women go through postpartum. I don’t want you worrying about that right now.” Her doctor tells the couple that it would be a good idea to do a pros and cons list, no matter how silly that sounds. Then the doctor adds, “Lots of couples have this conflict. I’ve seen couples actually split up. They both have to be into this to bring another life into this world. It’s gotta be right for them.”
Shaeeda shares about her sex life and her menstrual period. The doctor tells her that she will have a very short ovulating period and she will have to keep that in mind when it comes to trying to have children. Then the doctor runs some tests to see if she can get pregnant and carry it to full term.
They tell her, “A 21-day cycle doesn’t cut it as far as ovulation and getting pregnant. Day 14, you would ovulate and an egg is available for sperm to fertilize. If it’s not there, we’re not going to get a pregnancy.”
Bilal and Shaeeda didn’t exactly get the answers that they wanted and we will have to keep an eye on them to see what happens next on 90 Day Fiancé: Happily Ever After on TLC on Sunday nights at 8 p.m. EST. You can also follow them on their Instagram accounts.
