Viewers of the reality series 90 Day Fiancé are concerned with the way Mahmoud Elsherbiny treats his wife, Nicole Sherbiny.

Nicole was profoundly unwilling to move to Egypt for a second time and had previously left because she was not content. Her major problem has not been solved and it is Mahmoud’s faith. He wants Nicole to conceal herself and not communicate with other guys, which she does not think is reasonable.
Moreover, she is not pleased that she lives in a house with his extended family. With that being said, people did not hold back on Mahmoud’s behavior. One person wrote: “Why does an Egyptian man that is so controlling even want a foreign wife? That is the part I don’t understand or think is fair.
“These women should not have to convert or abandon everything familiar to them. If there is no flexibility then he should marry local woman from Egypt,” while another person stated: “She looks terrified. Also why these people are spreading misconceptions about life in Egypt and Egyptian women.”
It’s evident that Nicole and Mahmoud’s connection is not ideal. Mahmoud has devoted more time to picking on her wardrobe, while Nicole doesn’t appear to be content with him in the least. This has naturally raised question marks over whether the relationship is genuine.
There were suggestions that the couple were simply doing this for the cameras in order to generate publicity and clout, given that both of them are from different worlds and are not happy. Not only that, but the manner in which Nicole continues to change her mind about Egypt also raised some suspicions.
