After Kim Menzies and Usman Umar’s separation, there has been speculation regarding Kim potentially being pregnant.

Kim was a devoted admirer of Usman at first. Despite his efforts to keep her away, Usman was eventually attracted to Kim, and they decided to get married. However, Kim specified that she did not want to have a baby, and Usman chose to take another wife as a consequence.
Usman had intended to bring his soon-to-be-wife with him when he migrated to the United States so he could cohabitate with his prospective child. In the end, Usman was unsuccessful in achieving his goal and decided to adopt his brother’s son.
Kim was disheartened because she was expecting to be caring for a baby again, and disputes between them caused her to give Usman her ring and break off their engagement.
However, during one of the filming segments of the Tell All, there was a snapshot of Kim sitting with the other members of the cast in the green room. This frame stirred speculation that she could possibly be pregnant due to her positioning.
The picture here showed Kim leaning against the couch in a peculiar way, and the hem of her dress had moved up to expose her legs without her being aware of it. Next to Kim, Shaeeda Sween had her hand placed on Kim’s knee while she was engaged in a discussion with Liz Woods.
One fan wrote: “Is she absolutely sure she can’t get pregnant,” while another person stated: “OMG I first thought nooo this has to be photoshopped, but rewatching tonight & see it’s real.”
Kim is yet to respond to this which is understandable since it is a personal issue of big importance. But based on what we have seen so far, there could be some merit to these claims. Time will tell how it will all play out moving forward.
