Mohamed Abdelhamed from 90 Day Fiancé has made quite an impression on viewers. He is a devout Muslim who is engaged to Yvette Arellano who is Native American and does not want to convert to Islam. They have had a lot of disagreements about religion and as the wedding day gets closer, he has shown just how frustrated he is with her. He wants to be able to work soon and go visit his family, but needs his green card to do so. He sat down with his friend, from the mosque, to explain his feelings and try to get some advice.

Mohamed decides to take Yvette’s bike while she is at work so that he can meet with one of his new friends from the mosque in New Mexico. He goes everywhere on the bike since he doesn’t want to be stuck at her house.

He meets his friend Rafay at a coffee shop and they are happy to be able to connect and chat about Mohamed’s stay in New Mexico so far. He feels as if he does need a friend to walk him through some things and hear his point of view about his relationship.
Rafay really does understand Mohamed especially since they are both Muslim. Mohamed talks about how he needs Yvette to sign off to be his sponsor so that he can work sooner than later. He is tired of just sitting at the house and not working.
He explains to Rafay that they can get married any time as long as they get the marriage license. He calls Yvette selfish to Rafay and he tells him that he doesn’t really like watching her child while she is working and he feels that all she is thinking about is herself.
They talk about their issues and her complaints. Mohamed tells Rafay that he does have dreams in America and he wants to be able to work to take care of his mother back in Egypt. Mohamed then starts crying about it. Rafay feels like Mohamed is a little sheltered and he knows that his mother doesn’t really have anyone that can take care of her.
Rafay does end up giving Mohamed some great advice and he seems to be a really good friend for him. He comforts him and then asks what he would do if Yvette doesn’t work out for him. Mohamed thinks that he could find another American sponsor, but he isn’t sure how this will all work out.
We will have to wait and see what happens with Yvette and Mohamed on the next 90 Day Fiancé on TLC.
