90 Day Fiancé spoilers relate that now that Kara Bass and Guillermo Rojer are in the United States, they are ready to begin their lives together. In Charlottesville, Virginia, they have already gotten off to a bumpy start when they had a huge blowout over money and how to spend their savings. Kara is trying to make him understand that they don’t have a lot in savings and he won’t be working for a few months, so she will have to be the sole provider. Now it is time for Guillermo to meet her family and this may not go as well as he expected.
90 Day Fiancé: Kara and Guillermo & The Family Dynamic
Guillermo has already met her mother, but he hasn’t met the rest of her family. Kara describes the men in her family as “characters” and Guillermo is feeling very nervous. She tells him that her uncle may even threaten to beat him up. And she acts as if it’s nothing. She says that he is very protective of her because her father left so early in her life, but Guillermo wants to make a good impression on him and her brother.
When they arrive, they are very happy to see Kara and Guillermo just can’t seem to shake his nerves. Her mother is very happy to see her and the family has a lot of hugs for Guillermo. Her mother tells the cameras that Kara has never been serious about anyone and so she is concerned that this is just another fleeting relationship in her life.
Her uncle tells him that he has been stalking him on Instagram and Guillermo’s face looks very shocked. He then finds out from Kara that Mike used to be a private investigator and that he has his way of finding out things about people. Mike tells him that it was “all good stuff and you passed!” This brought a huge smile to Guillermo’s face and he seemed to loosen up a little more.
Interestingly enough, Kara asks her family if they have concerns about her engagement to Guillermo and they all look at her pretty funny. Then they turn the question back on her and ask her if she is the one with the real concerns. She tells her family, “I mean, I just take every day as it comes.” Her mother feels that Kara and Guillermo are naive when it comes to their marriage and settling down.
