According to a new poll, 46% of people would support a presidential run from Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson. He posted a screenshot of a Newsweek article showcasing the title and it didn’t take long for his fans to come to his support.
In his post, he wrote that he didn’t think our Founding Fathers would have ever envisioned someone like him joining their club, but he continued to say that it would “be my honor to serve you, the people.” Take a look at his caption below and use the link the view the full post.

Fans were quick to comment on the post, “ROCK FOR PRESIDENT”, “I’d Vote for you”, “President Rock has a great ring to it ??”, “You’ve done everything else so why not?! ??”, “I would not be surprised!!!!!!!”, “The People’s Champ! ??”, “THAT PERCENTAGE IS WAY TO LOW”, and “Dude, you’re smart and a decent man- that’s all we want”.
While this would be an enormous responsibility and he would definitely need to brush up on some of the responsibilities it would entail, we’ve had people from outside the political sphere step in before, so it’s not out of the realm of possibility. Though for me to safely say that he would gain my support, I would need to know more about what kind of policies he would have and if he would be qualified for the role. It’s a big idea, but one that could always work. I think he would be a great middle-ground for the two warring parties at the moment.
