Prince William, Prince George, and Princess Charlotte famously took a selfie with Taylor Swift at her concert in London on William’s birthday. The royal trio made quite an impression on Swift and her football player boyfriend.
Taylor Refused To Be A Guest On Meghan’s Podcast
Taylor and William go way back. In 2013, they took the stage together and sang “Livin’ On A Prayer” by Jon Bon Jovi at a Kensington Palace charity event.
Prince Harry may be living in the US, but Americans love William. They feel a sense of loyalty to him. That is evident as Taylor refused to be a guest on Meghan Markle’s Archetype podcast.
A source close to the royals said that
“Meghan sent Taylor a handwritten letter requesting that she come on her podcast, and Swift’s team rejected it. Meghan also released a letter to People magazine that she had spent some time at a Taylor Swift concert. So I think we are seeing Taylor side with Team Wales here over the last few hours.”
Taylor is clearly Team Wales. Those who support Team Sussex have claimed that William and his children were copying Harry and Meghan as they attended a high-profile concert. But that couldn’t be further from the truth.
According to royal expert Richard Eden, Taylor appears to be
“paying court to Prince William, whereas with Harry and Meghan, it’s the other way around. They are the ones who always seem to be sucking up to Hollywood royalty.”
In 2019, Harry and Meghan went to the premiere of “The Lion King.” They were seen chatting with some of the biggest celebrities, and Harry boasted about Meghan’s “considerable voiceover skills” to Jon Favreau.
Harry excitedly told Favreau that Meghan was their girl if anyone needed voiceover work. Meghan jokingly said, “That’s why we’re here. It’s the pitch!”
Jason And Travis Kelce Had Kind Words To Say About Prince William And His Family
Beyonce was seen covering her face during the awkward conversation, embarrassed for the couple. Later, the dynamically dumb duo was seen boldly “advertising” Meghan’s alleged voiceover abilities to Disney chief executive Bob Iger.
Several people have also noticed that upon further examination of the pictures of Harry and Meghan at the Beyonce concert, the Duke of Sussex looks miserable compared to William dancing to Taylor’s “Shake it Off” at her concert last weekend.
Quite the opposite picture of the stuffy heir apparent that Harry tried to paint of William in his tell-all memoir, “Spare.”
It was great to see William let go of his inhibitions, let loose, and have fun. It’s been a tough year for him. The Kelce brothers said on their podcast, “New Heights with Jason and Travis Kelce,” that despite them being royalty, William and his kids were very “pleasant and approachable.”
They joked that they didn’t have to bow since their meeting wasn’t an official royal engagement. Travis also made it a point to say that Charlotte was a “superstar.”
On the other hand, Harry and Meghan, who stepped down as working royals in January 2020, have done nothing since but whine and complain about the royal family and how they were mistreated.
It looks like Harry and Meghan have been snubbed and William dubbed “the coolest motherf*****”
