‘General Hospital’ (GH) spoilers indicate that something is up with Ava Jerome (Maura West). She has moved in with Sonny Corinthos (Maurice Benard), apparently for protection.
But really, whose protection? Does she have her own goals when it comes to Sonny? Does the savvy woman have something up her sleeve or could she be falling apart, lacking purpose in her life?
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Relationship with Sonny
Life is intense as usual for GH’s Sonny Corinthos. Jason Morgan (Steve Burton) is back in Port Charles and Sonny doesn’t trust him. Sonny seems to have a target painted on his back and is always wondering who is after him. Even family members have betrayed his trust.
Things went south with his wife Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros) when he found out that she betrayed Carly Spencer (Laura Wright) and Drew Cain (Cameron Matthison) to the SEC.
Sonny has always had one eye out for the Feds and one eye out for keeping himself alive. He is a loyal family man, but he is not above doing the wrong thing when he deems it necessary.
Ava and Sonny are friends with a past. Since they share a child, they have an interest in helping each other for the sake of their girl. The question is, what is Ava up to? She moved in with Sonny, but why? Does Sonny need her protective help, or does she need his? Or is she up to something more sinister?
‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Not Trusted
Some folks aren’t too happy about Ava’s presence in Sonny’s life. Kristina Corinthos-Davis (Kate Mansi) is concerned with Ava running interference for her father. She observed Ava fixing drinks for Sonny and feels uncomfortable with her presence in his home.
Is GH’s Ava planning to take over Sonny’s business? Does she have her own plans for how to take Sonny down and benefit in the process or would she never do that since he is her baby’s father?
Strangely, Ava did something that doesn’t make a lot of sense. For someone who is smart and incredibly devious, it did not make sense for Ava to dig through Sonny’s medicine cabinet and take several of his pills to help her sleep.
This drug abuse was dangerous, for she took several pills. This seems reckless and totally out of character for Ava. She doesn’t seem to be the type to take her life.
What do you think? Was this just a foolish out of character accident or is Ava up to something? Is she trying to get Sonny’s attention and affection with this move? What will that do to her relationship with his ex-wife, Nina?
