‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that Elizabeth Hendrickson (Chloe Mitchell) recently gave fans some bad news who were hoping to see her character more.
Chloe is getting about as much storyline as she’s going to get as we find out that Hendrickson isn’t on contact with the show right now, leaving her character, and herself, in limbo.
Hendrickson was waiting for a flight, she jumped on Instagram and answered some questions in an ‘ask me anything’ style post. One fan, of course, wanted to know why she hadn’t been on the show much and wondered where Chloe was and what she was going.
‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Elizabeth Hendrickson (Chloe Mitchell) Is OFF-CONTRACT, Chloe Not Getting Any New Storylines?
“Unfortunately I’m not on contract anymore so they only work me when they write for Chloe,” Hendrickson said.
She continued to say that she missed telling stories with Chloe but she is hopeful that the situation will work out as she gets to still film occasionally. “I had a good run tho and love that I still see my friends a few times a month,” Hendrickson added.
While she’s not on contract right now, she clarified that she was still on ‘The Young and the Restless’. She just wants people to know that for the next week to a month, she will only pop up when a story specifically calls for Chloe, which will be a few scenes here and there.
It looks like for Sally Spectra’s (Courtney Hope) baby storyline, Chloe won’t be as much as an integral part of the story and just offer Sally some advice here and there, which feels like he may miss out on some juicy scenes between her, Sally and Adam Newman (Mark Grossman).
We look forward to her hopefully getting back on a contract and seeing her more involved with her own storylines. At least we will get to see her in the meantime here and there!
