‘The Young And The Restless’ (Y&R) spoilers show that Phyllis Summers’ (Michelle Stafford) attacks on Diane Jenkins (Susan Walters) might be finally coming to an end. Oh, who am I kidding… We all know that Phyllis is never going to get along with Diane and she will hate her forever.

However, it seems Jack has finally had enough and finally stepped up to Phyllis to tell her to relax, and even threw her own past in her face, something that caught Phyllis off-guard. Apparently, she has never had someone point out her own flaws like this and now, they’re coming from one of the men she has loved most in her life.

“Jack comforts Diane in a time of uncertainty.”

‘The Young And The Restless’ Spoilers: Fans React To Jack Abbott (Peter Bergman) BLOWING UP On Phyllis Summers (Michelle Stafford)

Fans reacted to the moment saying things like, “Today’s episode was epic..Seeing Jack that mad at Phyllis and calling her out for her past faults including what she did to Christine Williams years ago and other things she did in her past was EPIC! Loved it…”, “Loved how Jack saw thru Phyllis and countered every move she made. He sure knows Red.”, “GO JACK! It’s about time someone threw Phyllis’s past in her face, because she’s been constantly harassing and bullying Diane about hers. And no Phyllis, it’s not the past, because you haven’t changed one bit.”, “Damn I haven’t seen jack this angry since he threw the office chair out of the window.”, and “Wouldn’t be surprised if Jack and Diane reunite once more.”

I may be in the minority, but I’m totally buying into Jack and Diane. I think Diane has had a great redemption arc, and despite everything, could still end up with Jack and be happy.

What do you think? Do you like Jack and Diane together and were you surprised by how Jack blew up on Phyllis and will she back off of Diane finally? Let us know in the comments below.
