So Kevin Federline, ex-husband of Britney Spears came out and posted several old videos that her sons had taken of her apparently years ago when they were 11 and 12 respectively) in response to the blast that Britney put up online about her kids not wanting to visit anymore. We don’t know the full context of these videos, only that her sons had gone barefoot into an ice cream shop and that was something that Britney disapproved of.
Okay, granted that is something that happens to kids and it’s not the worst thing a child could do, however, Britney didn’t really paint herself in that great of a light in the videos either by continuously dropping F bombs at her sons.
Why were Britney’s kids filming her?
Yes, no parent is perfect and all parents are at one time or another guilty of losing their temper but Britney’s tirade was verging on abusive in the videos and didn’t make her look good at all. While yes we do agree that Britney probably never got the chance to truly be the kind of parent that she wanted, if this was any indication of how she actually wanted to do things, maybe she should have gone in the opposite direction.
Not knowing the full context of the video it seems like she just cranked it all the way up to 11 for a pretty stupid reason and it really makes her look like the more unstable of the two.
But another question we have is why would a child think to film their Mother at her worst moments? This just seems a little too crafty for a child to have come up with on their own. However, this is exactly the type of stunt that a parent who wanted full custody might pull if they told their child that they could stop spending time with the other parent if they provided video proof that the other parent was “being crazy” and perhaps not providing the best kind of home environment for the children.
This is not a defense of Britney’s actions, but rather a deeper look into why this footage exists in the first place. Also when it comes to Britney’s sons, there is no telling what they have had to hear about their Mother, from both Grandpa Jamie Spears and K-Fed’s side, just some food for thought. Stay tuned!!!
