Kathy Hilton and Kyle Richards are friends once again after their high-profile bust up.

The half sisters have not exactly been on the best of terms throughout the years. So much so that Kyle admitted in May of this year that they were not speaking to each other. While that may have been the case, it appears they managed to get a lot closer following the death of Kyle’s friend to mental illness.
And ultimately, that showed them the importance of sticking by one’s family especially since death could happen at any time. In an interview with “Entertainment Tonight,” Kathy confirmed that things were a lot better now. She said: “We’re great.”
It is not exactly clear why they fell out this time around, but based on the trailer of the show, it appears that it was enough to make them seriously question their relationship. In the trailer, we can see that there is a lot of tension between the pair.
So much so that Kyle has become visibly overwhelmed with emotion, as she lashes out at Kathy with the following comments: “I feel like you hate me or something. How could you say those things?”
The episode which depicts this scene has yet to air, but that has not stopped the fans on social media from having their say on the matter. A certain subset of people were delighted to see the pair be able to patch things up. Meanwhile, others were not convinced by the reconciliation.
This was on the basis that they felt this was all being done for the sake of publicity. One person wrote: “It smacks of begging to stay on the show,” while another person stated: “Glad they are alright!”
