’90 Day Fiancé’ Spoilers indicate that, while we’re discussing Jibri Bell’s outburst last night with his friend David, can we also discuss his outfit? Some of us who grew up in the 80’s, specifically the female audience, will know what I’m talking about when I say that Jibri’s outfit looked familiar, really familiar, we’ve seriously seen it before somewhere, in our childhoods.
It’s emblazoned into our brains and those of us who are a certain age will know exactly what I’m talking about when I mention the phrase Barbie and the Rockers. During the whole early 80’s “Jem” doll craze (yes, that horrific movie from a few years back that we would all like to forget about), there was a bit of a competition going on between her and Barbie, and Barbie had an outfit exactly like Jibri, right down to the pink outfit and everything.

We’d say that wasn’t a good look on Jibri, but, somehow he pulls it off. However, we really don’t think that fashion is his true problem here, we think that he might have to suss out a few feelings between him and his friend, David. David was nice enough to offer him a legitimate job with his trucking company, even though Jibri seemed to decline that offer.
But the way that Jibri attacked him at the end when David went off on Miona – honestly his comments weren’t that bad, but it was obvious that Jibri had had enough. Someone speculated that it wasn’t so much the things that David was saying about Miona, but rather, the fact that David expected him to work, that was fueling the fire behind those punches.
He may want to watch himself around David though, because he admitted that David has hit him so hard that he’s put him in a coma before. He put him in a coma for three days when they were in high school, that… takes some anger.
So far David has been a pretty good sport about the things that Jibri has been doing and has been asking him honest questions, like when he’s actually going to get back in the studio and work if that’s what he wants to do and wanting him to stay focused on something besides Miona, but Jibri seems to resent that on a very real level.
Some have even speculated that David may harbor some unrequited romantic feelings for Jibri. While I’m not sure of that vibe, he was certainly acting jealous enough of Miona to warrant that kind of speculation, normal bros aren’t that intensely into each other’s business. Is there something else there? Stay tuned!!!
