The star of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” has not had things easy of late. Her marriage with Tom Girardi ended badly in more ways than one. Not only has he been sent to a care facility following his diagnosis with dementia, but Erika was initially implicated in an embezzlement scandal involving Tom, even if those charges have initially been dropped against her.
And yet, things are not over as reports of another lawsuit emerged. With that being said, Erika has had to come up with novel ways to keep herself in a good place. During an episode of the show, she said: “These new antidepressants are really killing it.
“Last year, I was waking up, like, with this hopeless feeling. So I called a psychiatrist and I went on Lexapro. There’s a lot of sadness still here but there is happiness in the form of having some fun with some friends, having some sex.”
Nevertheless, Erika’s tendency to mix drugs with alcohol has already gotten some of the housewives worried. This was most notably seen when Lisa Rinna confronted Erika directly to state that it was not a good idea to be mixing things.
After all, it only takes one mistake when someone takes things too far to the point where there are catastrophic consequences. In her prior comments at the time, Lisa remarked: “You take your antidepressants or you drink, but you can’t do both.”
The fans of social media were not convinced by Erika’s comment. And in the process of doing so, they predicted that things would end badly unless Erika made some changes in her life.
One person wrote: “Another wack job,” while another person stated: “None of the above. HAPPINESS is found within dear Lady, and is not dependent on prescribed drugs nor on anybody else but, yourself.”
